Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at support@ucough.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship your item back to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or cover the return cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Products not in their original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
